In automated
inspection systems camera resolution, camera perspectives, pointing
accuracy, lighting colors, evenness, color temperature,
polarization, dynamic range and many other factors have to be
carefully weighed into the design to achieve accuracy and speed
within realistic cost constraints. Boards with parts can be inspected for absence or presence of each
part as well as precision of placement of the parts. |
